Mr Harkoo specialises in civil, criminal and general litigation, insurance law, MVA claims, conveyancing and estates.

• Chairman of Hope and Home for Children, a charitable organisation which provides shelter and maintenance for underprivileged children, as well as orphaned children whose parents were killed in war or died as a result of AIDS in Africa
• Charmain and Regional NEC member of the Black Conveyancers Association
• Chairman of the Friends of the Sick Association
• Chairman of the Effingham Football Club
