After graduating with a BA degree in 1996, she joined a Non-Governmental Organisation (The Democracy Development Program - DDP) whose aim was to strengthen democracy through building capacity and leadership amongst the community and future leaders. During her tenure at the DDP, she completed her Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and registered to complete her Masters Degree thereafter. Whilst completing her Masters degree, she began her career in the Public Sector, in the Human Resources Department of the eThekwini Municipality.

After completing her Masters and registering as a Psychologist in 2004, her experience in the discipline steadily strengthened as her career progressed in the Private Sector. Her 15 year tenure within the corporate environment provided her with the opportunity to lead various teams in the specialised areas of assessments as well as recruitment and eventually heading the HR Division for a chain of stores for a major retailer.

Currently the Managing Director of Supreme Consulting, with a mission to provide innovative HR services and expertise tailored to fit the needs of organisations by embodying professionalism, quality and integrity.
